I've probably seen the water this low in Kibler before, but it was still shockingly absent. The fact that I could stand in the middle of the river at basketball falls says it all. I went to the top early in the morning just to mess around in the boat some. Obviously there wasn't enough water to actually run the river, but I hit the best holes between the hydro-station and basketball falls. My friend Jeff went along and took some photos, but he didn't have a boat with him that could float in that kind of water, so I paddled solo.
